I WOULD SAY BOTH FACTITIOUS DISORDER AND OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER. IN BOTH DISORDERS THER IS NO LOSS OF TOUCH WITH REALITY. BOTH HAVE INSIGHT IN OCD ,THE INDIVIDUAL RERALISES THAT THESE THESE INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS AND BEHAVIORS ARE IRRATIONAL AND WANT TO ELIMINATE THEM. IN FACTITIOUS DISORDER THE INDIVIDUAL KNOW HE IS NOT SICK BUT FEIGNS ILLNESS FOR GAIN PLEASE WHAT`S D ANSWER :? CACHE
