why B cell type lymphoma is more common than T cell type lymphoma?

HaipengWang, Greetings, Simple explanation: go to page 688, Chapter 105, Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine. In essence, lymphoid malignancies are a broad spectrum of lymphocyte transforming cells. They can become B cell from T cell and viceversa. Thus there isn't a limit, strict limit in the epidemiology. A patient with a B-cell neoplasm can become timeafter with a T cell neo presentation or both. I hope this help, Best,
