could somone please explain to me what the diff is b/wn observership and externship?or is it the same?i am new to this forum.anybody who can take time to reply.thanx.

Externship: hands on clinical experience, direct contact with patients, make decisions
Observership: can not touch patients, you observe another physician, no responsability
