Hi,
I am a radiologist planning to appear for USMLE Step1. In the clinical clerkship section of the form do I have to write details regarding my radiology residency. Secondly, do I have to mention the details of the med school I went too for my residency or are the details of my graduate medical school sufficient. Any help will be appreciated.

residency does not count toward med school clerksips. That is only what you did as a student. USMLE does not care about residency really. Just list the program and that you did it.
