Goljan, if you can get his lecture notes, 'cause it's not only pure pathology, it's integrated pathology. If not, there are some books written by him, there's a "Pathology", "Pathology review". "Rapid review for Pathology", and get his audio lectures, from www.coolgoose.com (you have to register, go to music, go to search, enter "Papi" in the artist filed and there you go).
BRS is a good book, too.
As far as slides and stuff, go to web-path, you'll find the link in the Pathology forum under resources. There are other web-sites there , too.
