for pri and sec its im Pencillin.For ter its iv pen.If allergic one can use macrolides for 1 and 2.But u must desensitise and use iv pen for 3.Also in preg its desensitise and use pen

So dimps if they give doxy and desensitize the pt for penicillin sensitive cases ,which one to select ?

In preg or tertiary u desensitise.Or else go for doxy
