I agree, Giardia Lamblia has owl eyes appearance ( I come from Mexico, and we have tons of patients with that parasite)

We also see Owl eye cells in Hirschprung disease.

Is the owl's eye appearance characteristic of giardia and hirschprung??....just like smallfidget I'm oblivious to it.Could you kindly quote the source...thanks.I've seen the slides for Owl's eye in CMV and Hodgkin's.....is it the CMV 'eye' is a single one and for hodgkin's its 2 eyes(well thats how I thought them to be???Or is it all the owl's eyes are in distinguished from the other??Thanks for the input guys.
