Can adolescents < 18 yrs of age patients, staying with parents, deny life saving procedures? Parents are astronauts and now in Mars and have not appointed any legal guardian for the patient.
if they are staying with the parents then they are not emancipated. Therefore they can not refuse life saving treatment.
Minors are not decision makers. Exception: emancipation (partial or complete)
Very interesting post and topic Im in difficult situation and that realy helps me.
