Again, I can't answer what chances you have?

How is the rest of your resume?
How are your interviewing skills?
Do you have a green card?
When did you graduate school?

All these factor in to your application, along with your scores.....

Thanx ton for reply BBB,

How is the rest of your resume?
All these factor in to your application, along with your scores.....
To be frank BBB my Resume has no resea.rch experience, but I have one year of clinical experience ( in India ) of medicine , surgery and OB&GY besides my internship

How are your interviewing skills?
I think I can do really well in interview, and I have no doubt about my self.

Do you have a green card?
NO , I have to apply for some H1 friendly hospital. At present I am doing MPH in USA.

When did you graduate school?
I just finished my graduate school in 2003.

It will be so nice of you if you could guide me about what should I look for in this residency venture. I know it is diffecult to predict but I want to know what would be best for me to keep in mind while applying residency with this low scores.

Thanks lot in advance.

With the scores that you have, you have to be realistic when it comes to what program you will be applying to.

The questions that I raised were questions that were to make you think of the things that you can do to strengthen your skills during the interview. What can make you the best candidate that the PD has seen in a long time.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you that you have a 60-70-80-90 percent chance of getting residency: there are way to many variables for that.

All I can tell you is that need to look at YOU and be the best candidate. Is it your clinical experience vs research? Look inside, mon ami - that's where the answer lay.
