yep...assuming you talking about NSAID's however, there are so many other ways to bring about analgesia.

true...but in case of COX3 some data suggests PC's

Only a suggestion, but analgesia and inflammation are actually separate entities.
{ may be easiest just asking for a mechanism of action, knowing that arachadonic acid cascade and when opiods should be used}
