a man presents with a 6 hr h/o vomiting. AXR shows distension of small bowel and fluid levels, Hb is 18.6, WOF fluid regimens would u recomend
a. 2 lit of 5% dex before Sx
b. 2 lit of hartmann's soln before Sx
c. 2 lit of hartmann's soln during Sx
d. 2 lit of normal saline with 50 mmol of K

i think d???
cause upper gi obstruction so hypochloremic.hypokalemic,alkalosis should result
