obstruction and fistula formation are commonly seen in crohn's
the answer mentioned is Malabsorption of fats.
relative to the other complications mentioned , this one doesnt occur to a significant extent

cache u r right to an extent but

the prob is that the que doesn't asks commen complications but possible complications.

and malabsorption of fat is also possible.
