ansewer is D Choledocholithiasis precede Crohn's disease, but not the other way around!!!

obstruction and fistula formation are commonly seen in crohn's the answer mentioned is Malabsorption of fats. relative to the other complications mentioned , this one doesnt occur to a significant extent

cache u r right to an extent but the prob is that the que doesn't asks commen complications but possible complications. and malabsorption of fat is also possible.
