could anyone explain this term that i found from BRS Path? it says this can lead to deletion of a chromosome, how? appreciate ur input!

I'm sure you're familiar with non-disjunction???Anaphase lag is what happens to the other daughter cell which didn't get any copies of the chromosome....leading to a monosomy.

Has a characteristic of being seen in mosaicism.....and if I'm not mistaken in Turner's.
