hi this is a general question! does it take to be scientist to pass step 1, i mean do we need to have that much depth of knowledge .? :roll:

my vote would be, you should know huntington's is 4 and fragile x (duh) is x. maybe 19 for md. the remainder is pretty low yield - probably as likely as getting asked the sequence of a specific restriction site.
