hi bbb . we are two medical student in terharan university ( iran ) ,and we hope to continue our study in the US ...
we have 2 questions : first , how could we get additional information about clerkship and internship . second , what kind of visas we can get ?

What kind of visas? That's a question for immigration - what are you eligible for? Clerkships are for medical students. Internship is the first year of residency.

Dear bbb ; Thank you for your answer ,
First we should explain our situation : we are on 5th year of our medical school in iran . we are decided to take the residency period in US , but we know that passing the USMLE is necessary but not enough for taking residency in any specialty .and as you know , getting visa for Iranians is difficult ….. 
So , we think getting a recommendation in a supposed specialty is so important . :?:
Now , we ask you to explain us about clerkship/internship or any other ways to get a recommendation

Unfortunately, there is no central location for getting hospital information on clerkship/sub internships. It's a matter of checking hospitals that accept medical students and if they will work with international medical schools.
From what I understand, you are able to come on a tourist or visitor visa and do a clerkship because you are not working on a pay basis. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
