Explanation -The obvious is not always obvious. Some people do not know what copulation or the sex act is .Bottom line do not assume that all intelligence levels or customs of the human species know how to properly impregant a female!!

had sexual relations 2-3 weeks per week for the past year.
doesn't fit into my grammer....but still given the options the doctor needs to know what they mean sexual relations. Also it is worth noting that the diagnosis of infertility should not be made at the very onset, i wouldn't do that on the first visit by a similar couple.
For USMLE ans is 1.
