I'd go with choice a.

This is the ealiest error that can be pointed out.
selection bias can totally ruin the studies. How are they gonna see effects of the drug in diseased states, if they dont have them involved in studies.

More less few and too few and alikes are relative and ambiguous terms and will not be used in the usmle.

no choice like e will be provided in the exam.

Guys please -If I test a drug with only 500 subjects or even 1000 Ill get specific results /But if I test that same drug with 150,000 or more (by possibly putting it on the market, Ill get profoundly different results. :shock:
