10 month boy with vomiting +lethargy and difficult to arouse +bloody stool and blood in rectal vault + hypotensive. and wht to do diagnose and wht is the diagnosis.

severe dehydrated, should rule out intussusception n enterocolitis. serum electrolytes,stools culture, x-ray and ct will be choice of tests. but the complete options n answer is what i'm waiting for smiling face

Is it sepsis caused by GI problem .....can not do LP becos of vomiting so
next step is CT scan.

(the answer key for nbme shows CT )

vomiting with first feed, i think , is classic for duodenal atresia. ya, if found complete question then plz do share. thnx
