hey nsh - that makes sense but i didn't find the "lawsuits usually arise from missed dx" line anywhere - is it in a book?

Nope not in any book ive seen, but would you sue your doctor because you had bad communication with him, or because you had a deadly disease and he missed it.

probably after this exam i'd be agitated enough to sue my doctor for dropping a q-tip.
