i think it is aortic leak . then it can be splenic rupture, coz it can cause massive blood loss to produce shock

I would say Hepatic injury because of the dual vascularization. I don't think you can manage it conservatively like the others. Could be wrong. Please tell me.

hi asmi, myocardial contusion is not answer, coz it is not acute, it occurs after 2-3 days, and it cause chest pain and arrythmia, which is then treated according to severity
