how will u clinically distingush ischemia of superior mesentric and inferior mesentric territory?

:roll: i think location of pain...RQ pain and left Q pain .and serverity..more in IMA ischemia .

Correct me if im wrong

SMA- mesentric ischaemia- generalized pain, post prandial, lose weight, scared to eat.
IMA- ischaemic colitis- bloody stool with mucus, localized pain.
elderly patient
