A diabetic patient develops third nerve palsy, WOF findings would favor diabetes as a cause
a. ptosis
b. downward and inner looking eye
c. normal pupil
d. a dilated un reactive pupil
e. lack of sweating

In medical causes of cranial nerve 3 palsy ( DM, Giant cell arteritis, Syphilis, ) there is no loss of light reflex.
So I think C

yes it is C. normal pupil..becos DM vasculitis of vasonervosa of 3 rd CN spares pupilomotor fibers located dorsally(superficially) in the nerve and receives blood from menigeal vessels smiling face
