Treponema pallidum, causes endarteretits obliterans. Seems wierd that these are her only symptoms though

yes Mash and Ahab, this is exactly what i answered to that q also!!
i was kinda surprised to read that it is actually STAGE 3 LYME DISEASE (2-3 yrs after the tick bite.)

I think this is the only source i found which describes the morphopath characteristics of Lyme arthritis.

here is my "secret" that led me to the answer: B burgdorferi proliferates in the endolium, thats why there is endothelial change described in the stem.
