I wanted to get a handle on the effects of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), tamoxifen, and OCPs on endometrial and ovarian cancers. If anybody can lend a hand, I would gladly accept it. God bless, and keep pushin --

HRT--------- Increases the chance of having Endometrial cancer

Tamoxifen; estrogen agonist/antagonist depends on how you use it..as an agonist for ovulation induction but as an antagonist for breast cancer. no clue of its use been associated with the two kinds of cancer you mentioned above.

OCP----they regulate estrogen and progesterone imbalance, anti-androgenic, and they are associated with DECREASE chances of endometrial and ovarian cancers.

hope that helps.
