what significance is high/low level of each of them in body?
what drugs target on them?

Hi,
Its a tough question since its very general and too much to write on.However just to let you know I usually come across maintaining a high cAMP level in relation to Type 1 Hypersensitivity(mainly anaphylaxia and asthma).
The major drug to maintain the high CAMP level is diphosphoesterase inhibitors(eg.Theophylline).Though high cAMP levels have been implicated in diarrhoea caused by cholera(vibrio) and also E.Coli......there is no drug which helps lower their levels, hence the best treatment is fluid replacement.
AMP and ADP play a role when it comes to biochemistry.....they help regulate the step regulating enzymes of Gyycolysis(PFK mainly) and also the TCA(I believe the enzyme isocitrate DH???being influenced by ADP)and also other reactions such as glycogen formation and degradation....to the best of my knowledge there are no drugs which directly influence the levels of ADP/AMP.
