viruses r obligate intracellular parasites too. Wats the diff b/w viruses and chlamydia/rickettsia?

viruses have DNA or RNA while ricketsia/chlamydia have both. moreover, viruses dont have ribosomes & metabolic enzymes and dont produce engery and are not antibiotic sensitive while ricketsia/chlamydia have all of these 4 properties

Coxiella burnetti (Q-fever) and Ehrlichia (RMSF like illness without the rash) are also obligate intracellular pathogens. These are taxonomically classified under family Rickettsiae but are separate genera..

mycobacterium leprae is also an obligate intracellular bacteria !!
