There's about 2000 mcq's there for step 2, it's similar to kaplan q-bank but questions are a bit harder i think.

My score for Usmleword was 63%( between 50 and 76%) and in the real exam 96/238. Don't worry.

Xmihaela, How much you were scoring on Kaplan Q Bank and at that point how far you were from the actual test?
I have not done USMLE word and Kaplan is my only way to compare.

i am to take test in few days. i got 74 percent on simulated test cd of kaplan. on the average my percentage is between 66 to 78. is this data enough to get pass. i m feeling nervous

Well ! I think you should pass with a good score. I think Kaplan simulatd CD's are made tough. I scored 54% on Kaplan simulated CD one day before actual step 1 exam and scored 86 in the real exam which was satisfactory for me. Don't know about step 2 cd though

I think you are ready, I did usmleworld and my performance was about 60%, I passed step 2( expecting the report, but I know I passed making the OASIS trick)

I did above 70% ( I don't remember exactly) on Kaplan Qbank and I did it 1 month before exam. In my opinion the difficulty of the exam was between Kaplan( the easier) and usmleworld. You need to pay attention to the explanations and don't worry much about your scores. We all feel insecure and need reassurance. The important thing is to be relaxed, very well rested and practice lots of Qs . Try to do 46Qs in 45-50 minutes on home , so at the exam you won't worry about the time.

thanks to everyone who responded to me on forum and to those too who although didnt responded but still i learnt a lot by reading their posts. i m taking test tommorow. the responses have made me fee a bit assured that i will pass. even if i get 85 i will feel satisfied.

Do not forget to post your expereince in "DETAIL".
If you do not want to reproduce the MCQ's atleast tell us what topics were tested and they were mostly focusing on the main points of a disease or from between the lines of the Text?
Also what was unexpected for you in the test.
