Hi,
I'm just abt to start with Step1.I've enrolled for the Kaplan webprep & am waiting for the materials.Meanwhile i had been going thru this forum & just heard abt Dr.Goljan.I wanted to know if it's enough to just buy the 5 day lectures CD & the corresponding notes or any other material is needed.I'll be taking the KaplanQ bank later.
Also i would like to know if someone would be interested in discussions.
Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

i'm also going tru the webprep.my course ends on aug 27.its good.you can download the goljan's notes from valuemd.com and the audio lectures from coolgoose.com.i'm planning to take the step in dec.i did the work just yesterday.they are fine.the audio clarity is also good.you can look into that site.if you are interseted in buying them you can go to ebay.com

for goljan's audio go to www.coolgoose.comyou need to take a membership.it's free.sign in.then go to the music section,which you will find at the top of the page.then click the easy listening topic.then in the search bar type papi.that's all you'll get nearly 37 topics in pathology.downloading may take many minutes.you may get error report that server is too busy.then back click and follow the instructions given there.
for the lecture notes go to www.valuemd.com.here also you need to become a member which is free.then go to the downloads section and click.

Thanks a ton for ur immed reply.Good to know that things r going fine with ur studies.And ur reply was indeed very useful.
I'll be going to India in Oct for 3 weeks & before that ihave to start & finish the webprep.
Where r u in the US?I was also interested in the online discussion forum.
I'm on the lookout for a study partner online & if possible some one in the bay area(CA)
