An infant presents with a palpable abd mass/ jaundice/ anemia.
CXR---shell like calcification in abdo.which is the most likely diagnosis?
A) mesoblastic nephroma
B) neuroblastoma

I have no idea, reading the stem I would of said a choledochal cyst but seeing as that answer is not there my best guess would be an

adrenal haemorrhage w. dystrophic calcification.
