What if thr's a whincing in pain adolescent , when U chec his genitalia , the right testes is missing ..... a , U observe n give medical t/t b , U give him ICU bed n watch him closely c, U do an operate in OR d, press on abdomen2 push the testes bac 2 place

If there is no Hx of missing testicle...or under-operated cryptochidism... take the dude to OR.

i guess it is torsion..with testes elevated to inguinal canal... agian choice is take to OR..

I agree, ans C. This migth be a case of torsion in an undescended testis. Take him to OR for Orchidopexy.
