Hi guys!
I have been here as a silent observer for past few days.I have come up with a difficulty.will you please help me.
Today i wanted to apply for extension of eligibility period.But as i am looking back to the application after a lot of days,i forgot the password and i attempted with wrong password more than twice.And now i found my pasword in my diary but the sytem not allowing me to go in with correct password also.They say for security purposes they are logging me out.
what should i do?
will i have to call ecfmg?
I am here so far now.
please help ,guys!if somebody knows the other way.

There is no other way. U need to email them but better is call them. It happened with me and they send u the new password by email. Even if u remember ur password now, its not going to help. Just call them and u will be activated in few days.
