in vit D deficiency and in situation when vit D abnormally elevated,in both condition what is effect on bone?
thanx and good luck.

  #2

vit D def--->dec Ca /PO4 absorption frm SI--->Hypocalcemia--->inc PTH--->bone resorption

if vitD is abnormally elevated---->bone resorption (direct action on bone)

(inc vit D --->inc absorption of ca /PO4--->inc[PO4]*[Ca]--->bone depositio n)
