could anyone contrast the two... is hyprcholesterolemia part of of hyprlipdemia IIA, or are they just separate classifications?

Hypercholestrolemia is one class of the General Hyperlipidemias (class II/A+II/B)

IIA is familial hypercholesterpemia---inc LDL and normal VLDL--->inc cholesterol but normal TAGs
IIB--familial combined hyperlipidemia---inc LDL/inc VLDL--->inc cholesterol and inc TAGs

so maybe IIA contains all the hypercholestorlemias (types 1 through 5 associated with ldl receptor problems)....and IIB is a differnt fish??
