TEN is Drug reaction, ac form o which is called SJS .... I think , tEN is this only. SSSS- toxin from staph aureus - leads 2 neuro, GI, renal s/s, usually from old retained Tampoons/ cervical caps...

TEN lesions can vary frommacules- papules - vesicles SSSS - lesions - I can t rememb . I am upset

oh . man , what I wrote about TEN holds true 4 EM, erythema multi forme TEN is the severest form o cutaneous hypersensitivity , am I right ?

yes the main diff here is that in SSSS only superficial epidermis involoved(until spinosum layer)..where as in TEN whole epidermis is involved .
