it has destructive effect against helminthes and protozoa,
this is the only one mediator in the list secreted by eosinophil from the list so must be the right one
other subst secreted by eos r arylsulfatase and histaminase

i agree with hiwa and just to add a point, other 2 products of eosinophills decrease the inflam
