Hi All,
I would like to know what is the best time of the year to take the USMLE step 1 exam. I am living in Texas and as part of my research I was trying to find out the time where medical students are busy with the course exam in school.
My understanding is that if the students are busy in school probably they would not appear for the Step 1 exam. Is this is a valid assumption? Also I browsed the ecfmg website and figured that they mentioned November, December are the busiest time to take the step 1. But this information contradicts with my research and hypothesis.
Any comments?
