Are tobacco and alcohol abuse in mother an absolute contraindication to breast feeding?
Difference between theory and practice. But, if one believes in Dr Fischer (which I do) then the answer is: theory first.
I seem to remember that he gave an example of a cardiologist answering that he gave betablockers to an asthmatic patient at a post grad exam saying: "I do that every day". But failed the question.
