I was wondering how can you diferentiate between annular pancreas vs piloric stenosis clinically (symptoms)

Pyloric stenosis andannular pancreas can be differentiated by the presence or absence of bile in vomitus

correct. pyloric stenosis is non-bilious, while duodenal atresia and annular pancreas (among others) will be bile-stained

also, in pyloric stenosis there is a palpable mass in the epigastrium and visible peristalsis can be seen in upper abd. having said this, i must say that presence or absence of bile is most imp factor
