correct. pyloric stenosis is non-bilious, while duodenal atresia and annular pancreas (among others) will be bile-stained

also, in pyloric stenosis there is a palpable mass in the epigastrium and visible peristalsis can be seen in upper abd. having said this, i must say that presence or absence of bile is most imp factor
