  #4

Is it D?

  #5

(d) factor VII -is Vit K dependent factor -decreased in prolog antibiotic threapy due to change in gut flora

  #6

Vit k absorption from the GI tract is reduced, leading to decreased synthesis of factors II, VII, IX AND X

  #7

so in here d can also be a choice  ?

Asmi / Dmnz, if you go by explanation given then option D, should also be right, along with Option E.
given below is some more of the explanation given for this question.

Vitamin K is indicated for the treatment and prevention of various coagulation disorders involving impaired formation of factors II, VII, IX, and X resulting from vitamin K deficiency or impairment of vitamin K activity, including hypoprothrombinemia.

—Hypoprothrombinemia secondary to vitamin K deficiency may occur in the following persons or conditions: Patients with hepatic or biliary tract disease, including obstructive jaundice ,in malabsorption syndromes, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, intestinal resection, persistent diarrhea or dysentery, regional enteritis, sprue,or ulcerative colitis ,patients receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN); Also, Vitamin K deficiency may occur when vitamin K activity is impaired by sulfonamides, quinine, quinidine, or dactinomycin.
