Hi,
somebody told me to buy swanson's review of family practice for step2 but the info that i have gathered tells me that it is best for step 3 but it is too detailed for step 2.
i was still thinking of buying it cause it will be of use during wards but it seems such a good book that i have a tendency to get carried away but details and the exam dosen't require it. so i stop myself. Ps adivse

plz never buy that swanson book, thats the advice from a professor who taught internal med lectures in kaplan step 2. he said advice all your friends to throw it in fireplace if they have got it. its useless cuz its so outdated, last edition from 1996 n the author died after that so there r no more new editions n according to this professor, ppl have lost points on exam or have failed it so plz avoid it. good luck with your studies.
