i got my score today and i am very happy. Although its not a 99 but i am posting it because i think we need more of less perfect exam scores here.
exam taken on 28th feb 06
score recieved 27th march 06 92/227
usmle cd score 43/39/46
kaplan q book & qbank started with 50% and ended with 75%
kaplan simulated CD 57% 2 months before the exam
nbme form 2 a month before exam 470 (86%)
nbme form 4 15 days before the exam 470(86%)
after that i memorized the first aid like a crazy person and i think thats the only reason i got higher score than NbME...i cant emphasize enough how FA helped me..Goodluck to ya'll

NBME 2 one day before the exam : 600 ( 240 )
Step 1 : 234/95.
Wrote the exam on March 31 . Did the OASIS trick on April 20 ; got the score in the mail on April 26.

My score 245/99!
Q Bank score 73% 100% complete.
Goljan mcqs 83%.
Robbins review of path 80% to 90%.
Kaplan simulated 75%.

it's strange that your CD doesn't came with the questions... but anyway, the MCQ's that are on the CD are the same on the website. The answers and rationale are on kaplan's webpage (free). When people post score on USMLE usually refers to those on the CD/webpage.

maybe not the greatest score but I am so happy that i don't to have go back again!!!

got step 1 score on memorial day weekend: 213/87
material: first aid, high yeild (neurology,anatomy)
Qs: only Q bank
have lots of other mateirals but no time to read
I started 5 months ago, from 12/2005 to 1/2006 with a full time job, only got 2-3 hours to read everynight. quit my job to study as full-time for 3 month, during which i had my baby on march 7th, so virtually 1 month off before and after that. have another 2 year old child ("terrible 2"). have to pump milk on exam day. too nervous on that day and finished everything in rush. and lots of other things going on, too many excuses but should have done better. just afraid if i have the chance for residency since i'm an old IMG (graduated in 1996). Should I move forward for step 2, or that's it?

USMLE CD 46, 44, 48 ( February - Last Week)
