I'm a 4th year Romanian Student from Cluj. I took the exam on the 16th of November, they sent my report on the 6th of December and got it on the 12th. It took me 4,5 months of efective, serious study. -QBank about 75% -QBook 72% -Robbins Review.. 75% the first time and 83% the second time -Goljan Comprehensive exam 87% -NBME 3 & 4 done only in bootleged format, so I got no score. Exam score 95/235. Good luck to everybody! PS: my experience is posted here

Finally I can post on this thread!!! I Took Step 1 on October 19, score was reported on the 8th of November but 'of course' it was lost. So I had to request a duplicate which arrived late because of the Holidays, so anxiety increased even more. But finally, on 30th of December the envelope arrived: 84/206 My preparation scores: Kaplan qbank: 70% USMLE CD 35/36/39 Robbins Patho also around 70% NBME 1: 201 (3 weeks before) NBME 2: 221 (3 days before) - due to some unmarked Q from the forum Step 1 exam: 84/206 Not my perfect dream score, but it involved so much work and waiting and praying...that I can only be happy with it!

Qbank 60% 3 months before UW 60% 1 month before NBME form 1 570 -1month before Exam date: Dec. 12th, 2006 Score: 560/232/94 I made many stupid mistakes on the real exam. However, the NBME is a very predictable index to USMLE.

Hi guys, Q bank online: 70% (complete 3 weeks before test, timed mode, one time, about one block a day, more blocks on the weekends) Review all the questions and answers before the exam. Feel very helpful. Q book: 60-80% (about 3 months before test) NBME: N/A USMLE CD: 43/49/38 two days before exam Test date: 12/29/06 Report date: 1/24/07 Score: 241/97 I visited this forum frequently, trying to estimate how well I can perform. I think Kaplan Q bank is very good, but the correlation to the real test seems not good according to the posts here. I guess the reason is people are doing it in quite different ways. Good luck to everyone!
