hi friends,
i got my score report, thank god, i got 249/99. this forum is very useful for achieveing my goal. thankyou very much for those who helped me. my special thanks to asmi, drjinks,tapan.
i prepared for 6 and half months. i took kaplan coaching. i completed kaplan q bank and usually i scored between 70 to 90 percent. My persenol opinion is q bank is the best product for step 1. those concepts are very useful for getting good score.
in usmle (ecfmg)practice cd i got 46/47/44 three blocks. i took nbme tests. in both i got 710 score. these two tests are very useful for simulation. i did bss bits but incomplete. i am happy now. my target is 260/99. but i missed the target. i am preparing for step 2 now.

Hi Dr Shar...
Congrats on a great score =D> / .......could you please elaborate on your prep in more detail. What books did you use for physio, pharm, path and biochem in particular please? Which year did you graduate ? Sorry to ask a lot of Qs but I am confused as to what books to use for these.

thankyou for all my frineds, i am taking step 2 in next three months, your help is needed.
hi mansun, regarding physio, pharm, path and biochem , i read kaplan for physio,pharm and biochem. and for pathology i read both goljan and kaplan, i had done with katzung cvs bits. i did graduate in 2003.

hi dr shar..im a new memeber here at this site...i was just wondering if you read only from kaplan notes for patho or did u also do goljans..cos as of now ive done patho fromkaplan and have 10 days time for my exam and was wondering if i should and still have time to go through goljans as everyone seems to be doing so..youre advice would really be appreciated..by the way should have said thisi n the beggining itself but better late than never congradulations!!!!!!!!
