as far as i know littman's steth are really good. i dont know where u are but in manhattan, ny barnes n noble have steths.

get the Classic II. It is more sensitive than lightweight. I can hear much better with classic II than with lightweight. For labcoats, they sell here for 20-25 dollars (New York - Queens). Hope this helps
