I think it is 47% Please correct me if I'm wrong Se = 0.80, Sp = 0.90, Prevalence = 0.10 Likelihood = (Se * Pre)/(Se*Pre + (1Sp)*(1Pre)) So, the likelihood of having the disease is = (0.80*0.10)/(0.80*0.10 + (10.90)*(10.10) Best,
