there is a Q in Q-Bank where they have given cardiac examination findings of a 27 year old man as regular S1 and S2,with a blowing diastolic murmur heard lowdest at left sternal border.they have given the answer to be aortic insufficiency.i had thought murmurs of aortic valves would be heard lowdest at the 2nd intercostal space--the so-called aortic area.so i thought it may be some tricuspid valve abnormality.can anyone help me out-----------
