13 yrs old female with menarche 10 months ago ,is having mensus every other month .LMP was 1 week ago .she is not sexually active .Sexual development is tanner stage 3 .
A. measure LH and FSH
B. do Pelvic examination
c. diagnostic laproscopy

i don't understand this q. she is having menses every other month. which is normal. menarche was 10 mo ago , after that she is having regular meses so what are we assesing.
plz correct me if i'm wrong

sorry lucky ,it sounds confusing to me too
even i didn't understand this Q...i think its increased frequency of menstruation ,which they meant .
so in such a case i think A is the answer :roll:
