I think the only classic ekg finding is short QT Treatment for acute hypercalcaemia is roughly IV hydration NS IV (loop diuretic) frusemide IV Biphosphonates If severe add calsitonin (glucocorticoids , if the primary disorder is appropriate . mm or sarcoidosis) Chronic hyperparathyroidism –surgical sarcoidosis –steroids bone mets-radiation/chemo
