18. A 74-year-old man has a cough. On auscultation of the right posterior chest, the

d. Egophony is + in both cases of Fluid + Consolidation but i think Unilateral right effusion is quite often. (not to leave out the probability of malignancy,TB,etc. ofcourse) surprisingly especially in CHF.
it is very tricky but simple!
anyone knows why ?

is it lower lobe consolidation since they have given posterior lobe?

oh didnt see that part! right sorry
still the question remains. why Effusion on the right side is more frequent than the left side in case of CHF ?
