Dear bbb,
I'd like to e-mail programs to get program requirements (scores, year of graduation, are they accept imgs etc). I would be very grateful if you could post an example of letter to programs, I'm not sure how and to whom (program director or program coordinator?) write it. Thank you very much

Dear bbb, thank you very much for ansvering my questions. This example of letter is really helpful for me.

Could you please also advise me
1. to whom should the letter be adressed-to Program Director or Program Coordinator?
2. Schould I put his name (like "Dear Mr. Smitt") or just "Dear Program Director"

"Dear Program Director" works just fine (especially when I am answering about 40-50 emails a day at this point from applicants - THEY DON'T GET READ!!! There isn't enough time :shock: !
